Our beginners strength and conditioning is suitable for people starting a strength and conditioning program for the first time or those returning after a break or injury.

 

This class is designed with the aim of learning techniques in a safe and fun manner while building strength, toning muscles, and getting fitter as the weeks go on.

It is advisable to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks for at least 1 session per week to achieve measurable results.

 

Runs Monday and Wednesday evening at 8pm.

We also have a beginners strength on Friday at 10.10am

Our ladies strength class runs Monday & Friday at 9.10am
